We keep this simple. When we lend you;

Up to 60% Loan to Value you repay interest only.

Over 60% Loan to Value you fund interest plus sufficient capital repayments to reduce the loan balance to 60% loan to value by the end of the loan term.

Full repayment of your loan is due at the end of the contract.
