Complaints procedure

If you wish to make a complaint please type the details into the box below. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any complaint you may have.

We will respond to you in the next 5 working days. You will be given a single point of contact to liaise with. We will seek to fully resolve your complaint within 40 working days but we will provide you with regular updates at intervals not greater than 20 working days.

We will need to keep your complaint on file.
