  2. Independent valuation:

    When you return your signed contract; We will organise an independent third party valuation. The cost of the valuation will be drawn from the loan. If, for any reason, the loan cannot be drawn down you will still need to pay for this. Please refer to our terms and conditions so that you are clear on the valuation payment conditions.

  3. Commence legal work:

    When our credit guys are satisfied with the contents of the valuation we will ask our legal colleagues to contact your solicitor to commence the legal work. Our legal partner on this transaction is:

    Its really important you contact your solicitor to tell them our legal colleagues will be in contact. In our experience it speeds things up when everyone is on the same page.

    The cost of the legal work will be drawn from the loan. If, for any reason, the loan cannot be drawn down you will still need to pay this. Please refer to our terms and conditions so that you are clear on the legal payment conditions.

  4. Insurance

    It is really important you let us know the insurance details of the property throughout the term of the loan. You will not be able to access the loan unless the property is appropriately insured.   5. Offer letter:

    It is really important to read our terms & conditions carefully because it will form part of your contract with us. By clicking here to receive an offer letter you undertake to pay Relm Finance a fee of €1,000. This fee is netted off your arrangement fee on drawdown. However, if you do not proceed with the offer the fee will be retained by Relm Finance.
