Within 3 days we will contact you to tell you if the property is a good fit with our lending criteria.

After that we will organise a meeting with you at your convenience to find out a little bit more. We will let you know in advance of the meeting what you need to bring with you.

Then we will process your application and you will receive a decision within 7 workings days.
